Ten members of San Beda-based Lex Leonum fraternity have been ordered arrested over the hazing rites on July 30, 2012 thatled to the death of freshman law student Marc Andre Marcos. Cavite Regional Trial Court Branch 90 Executive Judge Perla Cabrera-Falle ordered the arrest of the following students:

- Emmanuel Jefferson Santiago
- Richard Rosales
- Mohamad Fyzee Alim
- Chino Daniel Amante
- Julius Alcancia
- Edrich Gomez
- Dexter Circa
- Gian Angelo Veluz
- Glenn Meduen
Marcos suffered extensive traumatic injuries in his upper and lower extremities. He died as a result of trauma sustained from initiation rites of the said fraternity which took place at a farm in Dasmariñas, Cavite, GMA News reported.
