Tropical storm Nando “#NandoPH” continues to enhance the Southwest Monsoon but is already moving in a north northwest direction away from the country.
PAGASA says Nando has intensified as it continues to affect the islands of Batanes, Calayan and Babuyan. However, it is expected to leave the Philippine Area of Responsibility before noon on Thursday.
The latest weather advisory predicts light to moderate or even heavy rains and thunderstorms over Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon.
