Manila Zoo gets PHP2B investment, says Erap

Fresh from Manila Mayor @PresidentErap’s Twitter feed: “A Singaporean investor will invest $2 Billion to make Manila Zoo a world class zoo. No expense to the City of Manila.” We’ve seen Jurong Bird Park, Singapore Zoo and Night Safari – all in Singapore – and they’re the bomb. We’re excited.
