Now, this is something you don’t hear everyday.
A male teacher whom TV Patrol identified only as “Richard” claims that he was bullied by his student at San Bartolome High School in Novaliches, Quezon City.
Richard, who is described as a slightly built mild-mannered man, revealed that the bullying happened last month. The male student, who is said to be a gang leader, suddenly attacked him in the middle of his lecture. “He humiliated me in class. He strangled me,” Richard said. It turned out that the boy was angry over the fact that Richard had sent two of his friends to the guidance counselor’s office. The boy had snarled at Richard, “Bakit ba ‘yung tropa ko sinisita mo (Why are you picking on my friends)?” The boy also attempted to punch him.
The boy’s parents were immediately informed about the incident. Instead of working with the teachers to correct their son’s behavior, they just decided to transfer him to another school.
Looks like some people will never learn.
