13. According to a news report of 24 Oras Weekend, there is a police blotter showing a complaint against Vhong for attempted rape. It was reportedly filed at the Southern Police District in Bonifacio Global City and signed by Ferdinand Navarro, Vhong’s real name. It was narrated there that Vhong was beaten by guys who arrived to defend the 22-year old female victim. Vhong reportedly held her hands and pulled her hair and forced her to lay down on a chair, but she was able to fight him and run to her room, where Vhong caught her. He tried to pull down her shorts twice.
14. According to the blotter report, Cedric Cua Lee and Bernice Cua Lee, the victim’s friends, caught Vhong during the act, made a citizen’s arrest, and brought Vhong to the district headquarters.
