“Dennis Santos, 34, an employee of the Caloocan City Medical Center, and his two visitors, Rick Valderama, 34, and Rhonel Avila, 21 were arrested by the anti-illegal drugs operatives of the Caloocan police while allegedly having a pot session inside the hospital,” reports Ed Mahilum in the Manila Bulletin.
The three were discovered late at night by a hospital utility supervisor who looked for the source of noise coming from the hospital’s roof top. When he went up to the roof top, he saw the three men doing their thing.
The supervisor quickly called the police.
