The Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA) has announced that the operations of LRT lines 1 and 2 will be suspended from April 17, Maundy Thursday, until April 20, Easter Sunday. This is because they will be undergoing annual maintenance works.
The LRTA said operations of LRT lines 1 and 2 on April 16, Holy Wednesday, will only be until 8pm and 8:30pm, respectively.
Normal operations of both lines of the LRT will resume on April 21, Monday, at 5am.
For those who don’t know it yet: LRT 1 runs from Baclaran in Pasay City to Roosevelt in Quezon City, while Line 2 stretches from C.M. Recto Avenue in Manila to Santolan in Pasig City.
