“Roxanne Cabañero, one of the women who have accused comedian Vhonng Navarro of rape, has been slapped with a lawsuit by Slimmers World International, the organization behind the Miss Bikini Philippines pageant,” reports ANC.
The report said that Slimmers World “wants Cabañero to pay PHP1 million for the damage to its business reputation. That’s on top of the PHP400,000 they want for “corrective damages” and PHP205,000 for legal costs.
Cabañero said that back in 2010, when she still a Miss Bikini Philippines pageant candidate, Navarro had allegedly forced her to do sexual acts. She claimed that the alleged rape happened on April 24, 2010 (sometime between 11pm to 1am) near Pasig’s Astoria Hotel.

Navarro’s camp, via the testimony of Vice Ganda, established that Navarro was somewhere else during the time and date stated by Cabañero.
