As the Holy Week exodus peaked, President Noynoy Aquino was seen at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 on Wednesday, April 16. He and Department of Transportation and Communications Secretary Jun Abaya are shown talking to some civil aviation and security officials in this photo.
Well, at least he seems to be showing concern.
