They say criminals choose their victims — well, this man made the wrong choice.
“Manila police have arrested a notorious snatcher after he victimized the wife of former senator and Philippine National Police (PNP) chief, and current Presidential Assistant for Rehabilitation and Recovery Panfilo Lacson,” reports ABS-CBNnews.com.
The robber has been identified as “Nognog” and police have arrested both him and the person who bought Alice Lacson’s earrings.
The incident happened after Mrs Lacson alighted from her vehicle in Divisoria. It is not clear if she was wearing them at the time of the crime.
