“On Sunday, April 27, Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno and Manila Archbishop Luis Antonio Cardinal Tagle will be the guest speakers during the commencement exercises of the University of the Philippines in Diliman and Manila,” reports Janvic Mateo in The Philippine Star.
Sereno, who graduated valedictorian from the UP College of Law in 1984, will address the Diliman graduates at the UP Diliman Amphitheatre.
Tagle will speak before 1,092 graduates of UP Manila tomorrow at the Philippine International Convention Center.
