Another day, another victim of a gunman on a motorcycle.
“Wilfredo Pastrana, an assessor at the Muntinlupa City Hall, was shot dead by a motorcycle-riding gunman in the early hours of Wednesday, June 18,” reports Dennis Carcamo on Philstar.com.
The report said that Pastrana had just come from a bar when two men riding on a single motorcycle approached his side along the National Road of Barangay Putatan, Muntinlupa City. Witnesses say one of the suspects then drew a gun and shot the victim.
Police later recovered six empty shells of a cal.45 pistol at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
