Depending on how fast they can get hold of enough funds, it may not be long before they’re able to get out.
“The Taguig Regional Trial Court has allowed model Deniece Cornejo, businessman Cedric Lee and Simeon Raz, Jr. to post bail in connection with the serious illegal detention case filed against them by actor-host Vhong Navarro,” reports ABS-CBNnews.com.
While serious illegal detention is a non-bailable offense, the court said that it didn’t think Navarro’s lawyers presented enough proof that he was indeed deprived of his freedom.
The court set the bail at P500,000 each.
