Teng brothers hospitalized for dengue

But don’t worry—they’ll be discharged soon.

“De La Salle University (DLSU) basketball star Jeron Teng, along with his brother Jeric, was hospitalized for dengue fever this week, just days before the Green Archers’ crucial match on Sunday against Far Eastern University (FEU),” reports ABS-CBNnews.com.

According to their manager, Paula Punla, the brother only had a “mild case” of dengue and are set to be discharged on Thursday, September 18.

In fact, Jeron has the go-signal to play on Sunday, when DLSU battles FEU in a University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) playoff game for the second-seed and the twice-to-beat advantage in what will be the first game of a virtual best-of-three series.
