A lot of trash left along Manila Bay in wake of Typhoon Mario’s visit

But, really, the trash belongs to us.

“In a photo taken by radio dzMM reporter Johnson Manabat on Saturday, tons of trash were seen accumulated in Manila Bay following the onslaught of the storm and the southwest monsoon,” reports ABS-CBNnews.com.

The report explains that the trash washed up along the Manila Bay after tropical storm “Mario,” as well as the enhanced southwest monsoon (habagat), dumped heavy rains and caused severe flooding in Metro Manila and other parts of Luzon on Friday, Sep 19.

However, that seems unfair as storms do not manufacture garbage.
