Sudden downpour causes flooding in Metro Manila

The rain on Wednesday, October 1, wasn’t enough to merit a rainfall warning from Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA). Yet, parts of the metropolis practically got paralyzed by the flooding that followed.

“PAGASA said that, aside from Metro Manila, the sudden heavy downpour brought about by a thunderstorm also affected Bulacan, Pampanga, Rizal, and parts of Tarlac, and Nueva Ecija,” reports ABS-CBNnews.com.

Our question: Where did you get stuck when the downpour got down and dirty?
