If you live in Metro Manila, you know that flooding is expected each time it rains. It’s a reality. It’s a fact of life that you can’t swim away from.
However that doesn’t mean you don’t feel like you’re drowning in shock each time you see a photo of a spot that you didn’t really expect to be flooded.
