Sen. Alan Peter Cayetano rethinks his 2016 plans

He should consider getting out of politics.

“After his ratings dropped in the latest Pulse Asia survey, Senate Majority Leader Alan Peter Cayetano said he is no longer certain about running for president in 2016,” reports Maila Ager on Inquirer.net.

Last June, Cayetano snagged a 5% approval rating. In the survey conducted in September, his rating was down to 1%.

Cayetano said, “All politicians want to run, but whether (I’m) running in 2016, I don’t know. Who will run with ratings that low? But when I do investigations, I don’t really care about the consequences or about the ratings.”

Our advice: Silence is free. Use it.
