Last June, comedian-rapper Blakdyak (real name Joey Amoto) — best known for hits like “Good Boy” and “Bikining Itim” — was in the news because he had gone berserk at an apartelle in Cubao, Quezon City.
This time, he’s in more serious trouble.
“Mandaluyong City Police Deputy Chief Superintendent Cresencio Landicho confirmed that Blakdyak was arrested earlier this week while allegedly sniffing shabu in a vacant room of a house on Sto. Rosario street, Barangay Plainview,” report Non Alquitran and Janvic Mateo in The Philippine Star.
Blakdyak is now being held at the Mandaluyong City police’s detention facility since his arrest.
Police said they got a tip from an unnamed source that Blakdyak was using shabu.
Blakdyak is now facing drug charges.
