Homeless woman ‘rescued’ by Taguig health workers turns out to have bundles of cash

This goes to show that you really shouldn’t judge people based on what you think they have or don’t have.

“A homeless woman who was rescued by Taguig City health workers turned out to be carrying nearly PHP74,000 in cash in her bag,” reports TV Patrol.

The woman, who was not named in the report, was seen hanging out in the street by health workers over the weekend. She was then taken to the health center.

The health workers were assisting the woman in taking a bath and they looked in her bag to see if she had clean clothes there. Much to their pleasant surprise, the bag had bundles of bills.

The woman revealed that she had saved up the money from selling candy.

Our question: They’ll let her keep the money, right? Moreoever, maybe they should prevent her from going back out into  the streets now that we all know she has that much cash with her.
