Will Manny Pacquiao’s latest opponent be flattered by this?
Admittedly, Manny Pacquiao has had good-looking opponents in the past (Oscar De La Hoya and Shane Mosley, for instance). However, US boxer Chris Algieri, 30, has been crowned as “the most handsome of them all” by some of Pacman’s own fans. (His body isn’t that bad either.)
The phenomenon is undeniable—to the point that InterAksyon.com took note of the pleas of fans for Pacquiao not to punch Algieri in the face because he was “so handsome.” (See sample tweets below.)
Even Pacquiao’s mother, Dionisia or “Mommy D” agreed that Algieri looked good. He exact words: “Nakita ko s’ya sa TV. Pogi siya.”
Make no mistake about it, though, Pinoy fans want Pacman to win the fight. However, they don’t want him to do it at the expense of Algieri’s face.
We discovered something else as well: Algieri has nice feet. (Click this link to check out his fee.) We’d still have something to gush over if Pacman can’t help but punch him in the face.
