1. Bo’s Coffee. Perhaps the newest player in the game of planners, Bo’s has just been at this dear diary game for only three years. But, it doesn’t show: Between the blank pages of the “Origins travel journal” are travel stories, beautiful photos, and discount coupons from partner tour operators, making the journal an inspiration as much as it is an invitation for you to go out there and discover more of the Philippines. Apart from having quite an inspiring theme, what sets Bo’s planner are two other important things: a) It advocates the Philippines and b) you can actually buy it. As in pay PHP1,000 at any Bo’s locations, instead of collecting stickers like everybody else.

Starbucks 2015 planner

2. Starbucks. The big-ass coffee joint is at the head of the game, having made collecting stickers, offering holiday drinks, and these damn planners the thing to obsess over since 2003. The same mechanics apply: Collect all 18 stickers to get that planner. You have until Jan 8, 2015 to do so, but a barista at Starbucks Reserve over at Burgos Circle tells us, the company usually extends up to two weeks, so there you have it.

Seattles Best 2015 planner

3. Seattle’s Best. Similar to Starbucks, Seattle’s Best requires you to collect all 18 stickers to avail their, ehem, ‘dream journal.’ Yep, looks like there’s a trend here for the new year: Go inspirational. In any case, there are four colors to choose from, the cover is made with leather and the diary comes with a ton of freebies: paper clips, stickers, wifi coupons, plus a free CD. You can collect stickers until Jan 15, and redeem your new journal until Mar 15.

Coffee Bean

4. Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. Not only is Coffee Bean the proverbial early bird, starting the planner promo even before Halloween, Coffee Bean perhaps is also the most epic. It’s not yet the new year but it’s already extended its promo until Mar 11, 2015. Like previous years, Coffee Bean partners with Real Life Foundation for its Giving Journal promo, advocating education above all else. And like previous years, the same mechanics apply: They’ll require you to collect 12 stamps, four of which should come from consuming its “required drinks”. The remaining balace of eight drinks is entirely your choice. For 2015, the journal’s theme is abundance, or in Coffee Bean parlance, “Overflow.”
