A young girl in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte was electrocuted while she was ironing her school uniform.
“According to the police report, Stephanie Chico, 13, had just finished taking a bath when she immediately started ironing her clothes,” reports ABS-CBNnews.com.
Investigators are still trying to find out how the electrocution happened.
Cinco is one of the three children of a soldier and a policewoman. She was a consistent honor student at the Ilocos Norte College of Arts and Trades in Laoag City.
