Back in November, we released the list of celebrated Spanish chefs who will fly in for Madrid Fusión-Manila 2015. Happening in April 2015, the gastronomic event has been deemed “the single most important conference for the culinary scene in the 21st century.”

Below is the list of Philippine-based chefs who will be presenting on local cuisine on the global stage. These privileged 10 have been invited to join the culinary spectacle and educate chefs, media and participants — both locally and internationally — about the Philippine food scene as well as our landscape and history.

As early as now, they have been working hard on getting their presentations spot on. We can’t wait to see what they’ve been cooking.
