Out of 292 House of Representative members, only 65 have logged perfect attendance for 2014. But, first, the delinquents.
“Sarangani Rep. and boxing champion Manny Pacquiao and Negros Occidental Rep. Julio Ledesma IV top the list of absentees in Congress, as they were present in only seven of the 70 session days from January 20 to December 17, 2014,” reports RG Cruz on ANC.
In any case, the report then pointed out that “former president and current Pampanga Rep. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo has been detained at the Veterans Memorial Medical Center since 2012, while Lanao del Norte Representative Abdullah Dimaporo has been under hospital arrest since 2013.” As such, both of them have not been able to attend any session at all.
