Here’s a good deal for those paying real property taxes in Quezon City.

“Quezon City officials are asking the public to pay their real property tax (RPT) before the March 31 deadline to avail of a 20% discount offered by the city government while avoiding the long queue of taxpayers beating payment deadline,” reports Chito A. Chavez in Manila Bulletin.

The report noted: “To provide the public with flexibility, the Quezon City Hall offices involved in tax assessment and payments will be open Saturdays and Sundays from 8am to 5pm during the entire month of January to accommodate taxpayers renewing their business permits and making first quarter tax payments for their businesses.”
