“Mannah Lakindano, a civilian, was killed in a bomb explosion in Barangay Limbocandis, Sumisip town in Basilan at around 7am on Friday, January 30,” reports Raiza Dapilin on ABS-CBNnews.com.

Lakindano died on the spot. Another civilian, Supiya Abduho, was wounded in the blast.
