Congrats to Heart Evangelista and Sen. Francis “Chiz” Escudero, who are finally married!
 

According to GMANetwork.com, the two were proclaimed husband and wife at around 5:40pm in Balesin Island.
 

Wearing an Ezra Santos wedding gown, Heart told Chiz, “I promise you will never walk alone.” Chiz, who was wearing a white Paul Cabral suit, told his bride, “Naniniwala ako na mahal mo ako tuwing sinasabi mong mahal mo ako.”

The newly married couple will have a big reception in Metro Manila later this week.
