Monique Lhuillier is on a roll! After dressing up Emma Stone for the 2015 Film Independent Spirit Awards, the designer dressed up British TV presenter Louise Roe for the 2015 Oscars held at the Dolby Theatre last Feb 22, 2015.
 
But while the big, grand dress with large blue floral prints got positive reviews, Louise’s wet look hairstyle got mixed reviews. Some loved it while others thought it just looked greasy.
