He doesn’t deserve to live.
“A 27-year-old jobless man named Tito Royol Jr. was recently arrested for allegedly raping the one-year-old daughter of his live-in partner in Marikina City,” reports Madelynne Dominguez in Tempo.
The report noted: “Police said that based on the statement of the victim’s mother, she noticed that her daughter was anxious and kept on crying. She changed her diaper but noticed that the private part of her daughter was swollen.”
The report indicated that “the woman then went to her neighbor who has a daughter with the same age as hers to compare their private parts but she noticed that only her daughter’s was entirely swollen and with spots of blood.”
After that, the woman took her daughter to the Amang Rodriguez Medical Center in Marikina for a check-up. Doctors discovered lacerations on the victim’s private parts, which showed that she had been raped.
