Since they’re minors, there aren’t a lot of details provided in the report, but the brutal act already tells a nasty story.
“A 14-year-old second year high school student was wounded after she was allegedly stabbed by a 17-year-old first year college student in Quezon City,” reports Francis Wakefield in Tempo.
The report noted: “Reports reaching the Quezon City Police District Station 6 said the victim was a student of Barangay Bagong Silangan High School. The suspect was arrested and turned over to the Department of Social Welfare and Development for counseling.”
According to the police report, the incident happened in the early evening in front of the Barangay Bagong Silangan Plaza on Villamor Street.
