It’s not the first time he’s done such a nasty deed.
“A 46-year-old man named Andy Loyola was arrested at around 5 a.m. on Tuesday, March 1o, after he was caught in the act of raping a cow in Barangay Biga Dos, Silang, Cavite,” reports Eric Dastas on ABS-CBNnews.com.
According to Silang police the white cow was initially reported by its owner, Rustico Carlo, as missing.
The report noted: “Loyola was believed to be under the influence of illegal drugs when he was arrested. Police noted that various drug paraphernalia were also seized from the suspect.”
Police revealed that in the past Loyola had also supposedly raped a cow in nearby Alfonso town.
Loyola is is now detained at the Silang municipal jail. He is facing charges of violating Republic Act 8485 or the Animal Welfare Act.
