If like me, you’re a fan of chef Sau del Rosario and you follow him in Instagram (@chefsau), then you must find yourself in the same bubble of excitement, waiting for the release of his much anticipated cookbook, 20 Years of Love and Cooking. I’ve been waiting for this book since the first time I heard about it two years ago.
The book celebrates his 20 years in the industry. According to sources, it features 20 of his good friends who have become instrumental to and influential in his successful and enduring career. It will also feature recipes from friends and of course, from him.
It was such a joy when two weeks ago, he posted a photo on his Instagram account with the caption “20′ Book, DONE!” The official launch will be at Epicurious in Shangri-la Plaza Mall on April 16. It will be available in all National Bookstore and PowerBooks branches nationwide.
