A TMZ Sports report says that boxing legend Muhammad Ali is picking Manny Pacquiao to win his match vs. Floyd Mayweather Jr. at the MGM Grand Garden Arena on May 2.
According to TMZ Sports, Ali’s daughter, Rasheda, said, “My dad really likes Manny. He’s a huge fan of his. He knows Manny’s a great fighter … but it’s more about what he does outside the ring. He’s such a charitable person.”
The report noted: “Rasheda says Manny and her father have been friends for years and he even came to Ali’s 70th birthday party back in 2012.”
Ali, who has Parkinson’s syndrome, will not be able to attend the fight in Las Vegas. However, Rasheda says he’s sure to watch it on pay-per-view.
