Tricycle driver left by wife wins PHP59 million lotto jackpot

“A 29-year-old tricycle driver who was left by his wife two years ago due to poverty won the PHP59 million jackpot prize in the March 20 draw of Megalotto 6/45,” reports Henry Atuelan on ABS-CBNnews.com.

The report noted: “The tricycle driver, who is said to be from Quezon City, was the lone winner of the P59,206,432.00 jackpot prize in the March 20 draw of Megalotto 6/45. He used the number combination 02-03-30-14-29-22.”

According to the tricycle driver, his wife had abandoned him with their two kids because she couldn’t stand living in poverty.

Now, the trike driver said he will use his winnings “to send his children to school, build a house, and start a business.”
