Planning a Holy Week road trip? It’ll help if you avoid choke points.

“The Department of Public Works and Highways has come out with a list of possible choke points for Holy Week travelers where roads and bridges north and south of Metro Manila are either being repaired, widened, or constructed,” reports InterAksyon.com.

Thus, DPWH Secretary Rogelio warned motorists to expect traffic jams in these places:

MANILA NORTH ROAD
Subec Bridge in Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte
Lorenzo Bridge in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte
Bacarra road widening in Ilocos Norte
Pasuquin road widening in Ilocos Norte
Sinait in Ilocos Sur
Cabugao in Ilocos Sur
Magsingal in Ilocos Sur
Bantay in Ilocos Sur
Santa in Ilocos Sur
Bacnotan in La Union
Aringay in La Union
Agoo in La Union
Villasis in Pangasinan
Urdaneta in Pangasinan
Sison in Pangasinan
