Temperature in Metro Manila soared to 35.9 degrees Celsius on Friday, state weather bureau PAGASA said.Speaking to radio dzMM on Saturday, PAGASA weather plotter Benjie De Paz said the temperature was recorded at the Quezon City Science Garden at 4 p.m.
This was the hottest temperature recorded so far this year.Last April 16, temperature in the metropolis hit 34.6 degrees Celsius.
