Everybody seems to want Senator Grace Poe on their side.

“Liberal Party (LP) member Caloocan City Rep. Edgar Erice said Interior and Local Government Secretary Manuel A. Roxas II remains the LP’s presumptive candidate for the 2016 presidency with Poe as his running mate,” reports Ben Risario in Tempo.
Erice seemed confident that Roxas and Poe will be chosen as running mates in 2016. “As early as last year, the writing has been on the wall for a Roxas-Poe tandem. The two will click as a team, not only for the Liberals, but for the entire country as well,” he said.
Erice likewise reiterated that “Poe is a shoo in as LP’s presidential bet in 2022.” He explained: “As Vice President, she can fully prepare for the presidency.”
