There are motorists from hell.

“Sometime past 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 29, Quezon City traffic enforcers Simplicio Retirado, 60, and Raul Mercado, 35, pulled over a black Mitsubishi Montero with license plates UJQ-889 for entering a one-way street in Barangay East Kamias,” reports Robertzon Ramirez in The Philippine Star.

As seen on the CCTV footage, the suspect opened the window of his vehicle and pushed Retirado. He then got out of the SUV and hit Mercado with a pistol and kicked him. A male companion of the driver also got out of the vehicle, drew his gun, and then poked the weapon at Mercado.

The suspects sped off after the incident.

According to Quezon City Police District (QCPD)’s Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit head Chief Inspector Rodel Marcelo, they are coordinating with the Land Transportation Office to identify the SUV driver.
