These TWG iced teabags should make you feel a little less like a mess in this heat

Just as the heat index hit 41 degrees yesterday, TWG, that luxurious tea brand established in singapore, launched its iced teabags. There are 15 variants to choose from, which come in a pretty box of 7 teabags (PHP2,595).

Each bag can make for 1 liter, and 1 liter sounds enough to refresh you and make you feel radiant and rich instead of the usual sweaty and ugly.

If you’re a TWG fan, you’re probably familiar with the iced tea that they serve at the various locations of their boutiques. This is exactly that — handcrafted and hand sewn, with natural materials and containing 7.5 grams of whole leaf teas. Except now, you’re now able to take them home and serve as you please.

Some Coconuts-approved flavors: Tea Party (black tea with candied sweetness), Pink Flamingo (green tea with crimson hibiscus blossoms that turns the tea into color pink), Cocktail Hour (black tea with crimson blossoms), and Darjeeling (because it’s the champagne of teas).

As a bonus, TWG taught us how to prepare the tea bags:

Serving size: 1 liter of iced tea

1. Place 1 teabag into a pot

2. Add 1/3 liters of water

3. Steep for 5 minutes

4. Remove teabag and pour into glasses filled with ice cubes.

5. Enjoy
