For the record, the single guy in the picture is ex-Makati mayor Junjun Binay. Together with his parents Jejomar and Elenita, the Binay family have been in control of Makati City Hall since 1986.
The two guys are brothers Jaime Augusto and Fernando Zobel de Ayala. Their ancestors are largely responsible for developing the business capital — but not once have they or their family claimed ownership of the city.
While we’re not sure if Junjun Binay actually said those words claiming credit for Makati’s success, you get the message. Dude, stop acting #likeaboss because everyone from this town knows who the real bosses are.
