Who would’ve thunk it?
ABS-CBN leading men Piolo Pascual and John Lloyd Cruz are currently working together for a film under award-winning director, Lav Diaz. The two will join the cast of Hele sa Hiwagang Hapis (working title).
None other than newly married director Paul Soriano made the announcement on his Instagram account last Jul 4.
Why was Soriano doing the announcing? Well, he’s the executive producer of the movie, that’s why.
Anyway, the two pogitos have already started shooting their first scenes on Saturday in Sorsogon. According to Soriano, who told the Philippine Daily Inquirer , Piolo and John Lloyd “felt strongly about being part of this film”, which is a longtime dream project that Lav has been working on for years.
