Operations of the Light Rail Transit Line 1 (LRT-1) were briefly halted on Monday morning due to power failure.LRT-1 passengers were told to alight the train and and entry in stations were not allowed after the transit system was placed on ”code red” at 6:17 a.m.
The alert was lifted ten minutes after.
