Quezon City healthy food haven Hillside Café is best known for its air-fried organic roast chicken and its delicious smoothies and juices.
But we get a feeling, people will be swinging by Hillside for other things besides.
Apart from Ugu Bigyan’s and Lanelle Abueva’s beautiful pottery, the 34-seater café is located inside the urban plant farm Cedarhills Garden Center. How refreshing and different is that?
But there’s more. Hillside Cafe just teamed up with the demigod chef of Katipunan favorite Ninyo Fusion Cuisine for a menu upgrade.
Starting July, the menu of Hillside Café will feature six creations by Chef Niño Laus — yes, he is the demigod chef. It rides on the same theme: healthy, organic, good-for-you, yum.
According to PJ Lanot, one of the Café’s owners, the six new dishes is just the beginning of their partnership with Chef Niño. Come October, Hillside will feature another half a dozen new offerings from Chef Niño.
But that’s getting ahead of the story. Look at the photos of the new 6 dishes and salivate.
