In a Facebook post on Thursday, RnB singer Jaya said that her mother, Elizabeth Ramsey suffered a stroke. “I am at my saddest but still praise God for he is in control,” Jaya posted.
Showbiz reporter Jobert Sucaldito writes on Bandera that he “received a text message from Mama Elizabeth Ramsey’s niece that our dear mama is now confined at the ICU of the Philippine Heart Center.”
On Friday morning, Jaya made an update once again on the condition of her mother: “Thank you to those who prayed for Mama Beth. God bless all of you and will update you soon of her condition, but I promise you, prayers really work!!! God be praised for his mercy.”
