Kapamilya star Julia Montes cemented her celebrity status as ABS-CBN crowned her the “Royal Prinsesa ng Drama”.

That’s because Julia has never backed down from drama-filled roles, as her already long resume shows– from Mara Clara, to Walang Hanggan, to Muling Buksan Ang Puso, Ikaw Lamang, and now Doble Kara.

In Doble Kara, Julia does double duty as she plays both Kara and Sara, who are twin sisters separated when they were kids. Kara grew up with a well-to-do family, while Sara was the one who stayed with the original family.

In an interview on Pep.ph, Julia admits that bagging the celebrity title is a lot of pressure.

“Kailangan kong patunayan na hindi porke nabigyan ka ng title, e, okey na,” Julia said.

At first, Julia could not believe she got her own nickname as she now joins a host of celebrities who have been able to cement their legacy in showbusiness.

Julia said the title only makes her want to work harder.

“Na-inspire ako lalo na kailangan ko itong pagbutihan,” Julia said.
