She deserves a special place in Hell.

“Three young girls were rescued by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) from a woman, who has been suspected of peddling ‘virgin’ children to her patrons in exchange for PHP20,000,” reports Leonard Postrado in Manila Bulletin.

The report noted: “In a recent entrapment operation in Caloocan City, members of the NBI Anti Human Trafficking Division (NBI-AHTRAD) collared suspected pimps Yolanda Villagomez, Richard Managan, and John Paul dela Peña.”

NBI-AHTRAD chief Atty. Czar Eric Nuqui explained that “Villagomez had been offering young women, who were made to look like minors, for prospective patrons to have sexual intercourse with for a fee.” Managan and Dela Peña were her associates.

The report went on to reveal that “the prices of the girls being peddled by Villagomez depended on whether or not the victims were virgins or not.” Those who were tagged as “virgins” had a tag price ranging from PHP10,000 to PHP20,000.

Other girls were priced from PHP1,500 to PHP2,000.

Joint elements of the NBI-AHTRAD and Inter-Agency Council Against Trafficking (IACAT) operatives acted as customers of Villagomez, who were looking for minors. They met Villagomez at a restaurant in Caloocan City and she asked them to choose the girls they wanted to “take-out.”

Villagomez was nabbed right after she received the marked money that the undercover agents handed as payment for the girls’ services.
