A prenuptial agreement could ruin the romance for some.

But the upcoming romantic comedy, The Prenup, starring Sam Milby and Jennylyn Mercado hopes to teach the audience a thing or two about planning a future with your partner.

“This is a subject that a lot of people don’t even know sa Pilipinas kung ano ang prenup, so you’ll find that out,” said Sam in an interview with Balitang America.

Regal Films’ latest offering is written and directed by award-winning screenwriter Jun Lana. He known for his 2012 movie Bwakaw.

“It’s about two people who fell in love in New York and when they go back to Manila, they realize that their families are not entirely in agreement with their relationship,” Lana said.

In the same interview, the Kapamilya actor praised the work ethic of his Kapuso co-star and said they get along well together.

“To be working with Regal for the first time gives me the opportunity to work with new people and breath of fresh air. Si Jennylyn is so napakabait, so easy to work with. We have great chemistry. I think it will really come off on the screen, very well,” Sam said.
