Pinay singer Rachelle Ann Go has a blooming career in London, impressing theater fans worldwide after getting the role of Fantine in the 30th anniversary staging of Les Miserables.

So why is Rachelle back in the Philippines so soon?

Well, the West End star is taking a break from the Les Mis spotlight to record a song for GMA Pinoy TV.

As a Filipina breaking ground abroad, GMA thought Rachelle was the perfect singer for the theme song. “Kapuso, Anumang Kulay ang Buhay” will soon be released, in line with the 10th anniversary celebration of GMA International.

“I am living the dream. Thankful ako sa GMA Pinoy TV dahil napauwi rin ako dito because of this,” Rachelle said.

And while here, Rachelle took some time off to chill with her relatives in Boracay.

Nice to have you back, Shins!
