You only have five more days to get a load of that huge slab of meat

You only have up to Sep 20 to get a load of that barbecue, along with other meats, wines and grains at The Café of Hyatt at City of Dreams. They’re having an American food festival they’ve dubbed “From the Land of the Free to the Pearl of the Orient”.

Along with the US Embassy of the Philippines, and the US Department of Agriculture, the hotel has brought in Chefs Jay McCarthy and Pete Geoghegan from the US of A to oversee the open-theater kitchens of the hotel’s 24-hour dining restaurant.

Together, they will add some your favorite American dishes to the 6-station buffet of The Café. We’re talking huge-ass barbecues, beef tenderloins, carpaccios, grilled striploins, slow roast ribs and of course, desserts.

And because Chef Michael is of the beaver Creek and Vail Chophouse restaurant and Chef Geoghegan is of Cargill Meat Solutions fame, diners are assured of the quality of them meats.

The American food fest is available during lunch (starts PHP1,340) and dinner (starts PHP1840) buffet service until Sunday, Sep 20.

From the Land of the Free to the Pearl of the Orient is available until Sep 20 at The Café, Hyatt City of Dreams (G/F, Hyatt Hotel, City of Dreams Manila, Roxas Boulevard, Parañaque. +63 2 6911234 ext 1149). It is included in the buffet with starting price of PHP1,340.
